Huntington comes to the cage accompanied by Verdi - Triumphal March from Aida. Fletcher Huntington has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fletcher Huntington! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alain Hainault! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Huntington. Huntington looks to score with a jab to the body but Hainault is just out of range. Huntington connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Huntington walks into a jab. Huntington fails with the takedown. Huntington tries to clinch there but Hainault circles away.
Hainault tries to clinch but Huntington moves away and Huntington counters with a single leg into guard. Hainault didn't expect that. Huntington stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hainault swivels though and keeps the full guard. Huntington trying to control but Hainault is working from the bottom. Huntington is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Huntington wants to pass the guard but Hainault is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huntington trying to control the position from guard on top but Hainault is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hainault is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Huntington works over Hainault with some ground and pound from guard. Hainault keeping moving, preventing Huntington from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hainault looks to clinch and Huntington counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Huntington is looking to take a break and control but Hainault is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hainault pushes Huntington off looking to stand but Huntington dives back in and keeps control.
Hainault moves into full guard.
Hainault is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hainault really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Huntington. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Huntington passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Huntington wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hainault keeps working. Huntington has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hainault is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Huntington yanks on the arm and Hainault is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Huntington.
