Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Keizo Kasai!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasai misses with a hook.
Victor feinted with a counter takedown.
Kasai looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kasai bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Victor's head backwards.
Victor avoids the body shot from Kasai.
Victor feinted with a counter takedown.
Kasai closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Kasai misses with a two punch combination.
Kasai throws a looping overhand right but Victor ducks down to avoid it.
Victor tries to bum rush Kasai with a series of wild strikes but Kasai uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Keizo Kasai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kasai tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Victor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Victor feinted with a counter takedown.
Kasai scores with a three punch combo!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Victor slips a jab and a cross from Kasai.
Victor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Victor throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kasai! But no joy.
A slow jab from Kasai misses its intended target.
Victor drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kasai sprawls and moves away.

and Victor counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Victor.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kasai is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Victor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Victor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kasai looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Victor trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Victor slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Victor is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kasai is trying to escape and Victor transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kasai is forced to tap! Nice work there by Victor! Very nice indeed!
