Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Vettori (ranked 2543 p4p, 3491 weight class) and Steven Duong (ranked 340 p4p, 428 weight class). Duong has chosen Tyron Woodley as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Steven Duong enters the cage!

With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marvin Vettori!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Steven Duong!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Vettori feints and as Duong raises his hands in defense, Vettori changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vettori accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Vettori's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Marvin Vettori will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

I would just about give that final round to Steven Duong.
I think Duong has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Steven Duong opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
