Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yogg Saron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JoaoGabriel SCR (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saron has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as JoaoGabriel SCR enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yogg Saron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JoaoGabriel SCR! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Saron fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Saron is breathing heavily. The fight stays on the outside here - Saron looks like he's thinking about clinching though. SCR closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - SCR lands in his opponent's guard. SCR throwing strikes from guard but Saron blocks nicely. SCR sitting in guard, not really doing much. SCR trying to control the position from guard on top but Saron is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. SCR stopping the sweep attempt from Saron. SCR is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. SCR drops back looking for a leg! Saron is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Saron manages to kick SCR off! SCR jumps back into Saron's guard. Saron tries to land a sweep but no joy. Saron on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Saron tries to get out of the position. SCR missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. SCR closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Saron to the mat! Saron manages to get full guard. SCR decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. SCR gets the takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. SCR slows the pace down. SCR misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Saron is not in a great position here, taking some shots. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. You can see the frustration on Saron's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. SCR trying to control the position but Saron is working away. SCR should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's three minutes gone in the round. SCR misses with an attempted head punch from side control. SCR is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Saron has escaped the position, nice work there. Saron is positioning himself to get back to half guard. SCR looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Saron knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for SCR on the ground. Saron is trying to control SCR's posture but SCR avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. SCR takes a little break here. Saron wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. SCR is trying to get an arm triangle but Saron is defending well. SCR wants to lay and pray for a moment but Saron keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

SCR pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Saron is looking to clinch. SCR scores with a takedown into Saron's guard. SCR scores with a decent looking elbow strike. SCR throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Saron works some decent striking defense from the bottom. SCR trying to control the position from guard on top but Saron is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saron working a defensive guard here.
SCR stays in close to Saron's body and controls the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Saron looking for a sweep. Not yet Saron, not yet. SCR slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. SCR trying to control but Saron is working from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. SCR closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saron circles away. SCR drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. SCR's corner is telling him to maintain position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Saron not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
SCR thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Saron is working an open guard so SCR takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Saron shoots and misses and SCR counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Saron! SCR controlling the position easily from mount. Saron tries to lock up and control but SCR gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Saron tries to reverse the position but SCR maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Saron that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Saron is in all sorts of trouble here.

SCR trying to control but he's not successful this time. Saron tries to reverse the position but SCR maintains control. SCR looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Saron tries to lock up and control but SCR gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Saron is desperately trying to improve his position but SCR has a good base and remains in mount. Saron is working hard here to advance position. SCR lands with some strikes. SCR looking to control and managing it successfully. SCR wants to control the pace but Saron is squirming around nicely. SCR controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
JoaoGabriel SCR showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
SCR has his takedown stuffed and Saron counters with a straight right hand. SCR with a poor takedown and Saron counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Saron. SCR escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Saron gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Saron sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed SCR's guard. Saron is thwarting SCR's attempts to control the position. Saron seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but SCR does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Both fighters are breathing heavily. SCR tries to kick Saron off but Saron keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Saron wants to stand up but SCR is controlling the position.
SCR is trying to control but can't.
Saron wants to free his trapped foot but SCR is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Saron looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for SCR! SCR is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. SCR tries to hold on but Saron pushes him away. SCR is trying to escape the mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Saron looking to control but SCR is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Saron looking to control and managing it successfully. Saron working the ground and pound effectively.

And that's the end of the fight! Yogg Saron showed his dominance in that final round. I think SCR has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
