Knox has chosen Now's The Time | Charlie Parker as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Yardbird Knox has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Iron Jussi's chin.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jussi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jussi throws a poor cross that misses
letting Knox counter with a right hand.
The crowd cheers as Jussi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Knox doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Yardbird Knox has been cut.
We've been informed that Knox has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

and Jussi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Knox missing with a left hand there. Jussi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Knox drops Jussi with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jussi looks back up at him and smiles so Knox waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jussi is rocked!
Knox lands an uppercut, right on the button! Jussi tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.

Yardbird Knox really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Voodoo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
