Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Faucci (ranked 4229 p4p, 5247 weight class) and Hilly Berrington (ranked 421 p4p, 486 weight class). Berrington has chosen Real Man's Man as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hilly Berrington!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faucci fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Faucci throws a series of punches but Berrington moves out of range.
Faucci throws a nice looking combination but Berrington bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Berrington changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Faucci misses with a looping left.

and Berrington counters with a single leg into guard. Faucci didn't expect that.
Berrington's corner is telling him to maintain position.
It looks like Berrington might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Faucci knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Berrington on the ground.
Berrington postures up in Faucci's guard and throws a big left but Faucci blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Faucci wants to stand and escape but Berrington is having none of it.
Berrington gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Faucci gets caught napping as Berrington dives in and scores a takedown. Faucci manages to retain guard.

Faucci is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Berrington is controlling him.

Berrington stands and steps away. Faucci gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
No joy there for Faucci, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Berrington fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Faucci to the ground. Berrington is now in Faucci's guard.
