Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 42 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tel Britton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Shaw! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab lands there for Britton. Britton lands with a straight right. Shaw didn't see that one coming. Tel Britton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shaw misses with a takedown attempt - Britton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Britton cracks Shaw with an uppercut from hell and Shaw crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Britton's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Britton chips away with some ground and pound.
