Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Davis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clyde Waters!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Davis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Davis jumps guard but Waters stands there with Davis around his waist. Davis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Waters tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Davis smiles and moves away.
We've been hearing reports that Davis has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Waters gets tackled into the cage by Davis. Davis maintains the clinch.
