Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Soloman Grundy (ranked 4465 p4p, 4466 weight class) and Gorilla Grodd (ranked 216 p4p, 214 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grundy wants to slow Grodd down by chopping away at his legs.

Grundy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A punch lands to the side of Grodd 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Grodd displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Grundy throws out the jab.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Grodd closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Grundy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

And that's the end of the fight!
Soloman Grundy showed his dominance in that final round.
