And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lacey defends it nicely.
Nurmagomedov shoots in for a takedown but Lacey shows good takedown defense.
Lacey drives through and clinches with Nurmagomedov against the cage.

Nurmagomedov is trying to force a seperation but Lacey has the dominant position.
Nurmagomedov tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lacey just stands there and leans against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lacey creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Lacey has Nurmagomedov pressed against the cage, preventing Nurmagomedov from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Nurmagomedov has had enough of the clinch but Lacey keeps him there for the moment.

Lacey creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Nurmagomedov's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Nurmagomedov drops to his knees and Lacey pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
