Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Dock (ranked 3921 p4p, 6146 weight class) and Luke Venderag (ranked 475 p4p, 645 weight class). Dock's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Hangover Soundtrack- Iko Iko. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 24 - 45 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob Dock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Luke Venderag! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Venderag ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Venderag throws a nice looking combination but Dock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dock clinches up with Venderag and pushes him back against the cage. Venderag escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Venderag fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dock sprawls well initially but Venderag persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Dock looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Dock moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Dock has his foot on Venderag's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Venderag works his way back into a safe position though. Dock working for a triangle but Venderag defends it easily.
Dock being controlled here, momentarily. Dock looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Venderag passes into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dock wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dock looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Dock looking for submissions off his back. Venderag prevents Dock from improving his position. Dock looking for submissions off his back. Dock tries to get to full guard but Venderag has control of the leg. Venderag keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Dock is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dock blocking the ground and pound attempt from Venderag. Dock definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Dock actively working from the bottom here. Dock looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Venderag is trying to control. Dock wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dock moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Dock looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dock throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Venderag escapes and throws Dock's legs to the side, diving into side control! Dock is looking for a sweep. Venderag is looking to take a break and control but Dock is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dock manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dock tries to roll over but Venderag keeps him under control. Dock is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Venderag pulls his head out easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dock is pressing down on Venderag's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Dock has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Venderag can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Dock throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Venderag trying to control the position from guard on top but Dock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dock looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Venderag decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dock, up you get! Dock throws a sloppy head kick and Venderag moves out of range easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Venderag drives through and clinches with Dock against the cage.
Venderag looking for a takedown. Dock connects with a nasty looking knee right to Venderag's face.
Dock using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Venderag has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Venderag tries to score a body lock takedown but Dock shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Dock landing knees to the body.
Venderag jumps guard but Dock stands there with Venderag around his waist. Venderag gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bob Dock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luke Venderag. Dock trying to land knees to the body.

Venderag breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dock is looking to clinch but Venderag is avoiding it.
Venderag throws out a counter right but Dock avoids it with no problem. Dock is looking to take this fight into the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Venderag closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dock circles away. Dock pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dock throws a leg kick and Venderag counters with a single leg into guard. Dock didn't expect that. Dock pushes a forearm under Venderag's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Venderag is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
