Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stefan De Jong (ranked 2784 p4p, 720 weight class) and Jarna Kuiva (ranked 367 p4p, 90 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think De Jong might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Nipsey Hussle - I Don't Stress. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stefan De Jong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jarna Kuiva!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuiva stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kuiva wants it to stay on the feet.
Kuiva connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed De Jong momentarily.
Kuiva scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
De Jong dodges the punch combination from Kuiva.
Kuiva throws a right hand that De Jong ducks under and follows up with a left that De Jong also avoids with ease.
De Jong takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kuiva stuffs the takedown attempt from De Jong. De Jong gets slowly back to his feet.
Kuiva misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kuiva lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
De Jong tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kuiva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kuiva now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
De Jong shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kuiva makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stefan De Jong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kuiva lands a jab.
De Jong takes one to the side of the head.
Kuiva lands with a good body shot.
Kuiva lands with a big left! De Jong is wobbled badly! Kuiva comes in with a flurry of punches and drops De Jong to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jarna Kuiva!
After winning the bout, Jarna Kuiva thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
The defeated Stefan De Jong had this to say: 'Man, look. When I get home from this shit, I'mma light me a fat ass blunt. Tomorrow, I'm hitting the gym, working on my skills and taking notes of my mistakes afterwards. Go through the tape of this fight. I will be back stronger from this one. Give me a minute. I'll be back better and wiser.'.
