Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Savage Randy (ranked 4382 p4p, 11863 weight class) and Trent Punchy (ranked 521 p4p, 728 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Savage Randy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Savage Randy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Randy lands a slapping body shot.
Punchy throws a hook to the side of Randy's head but Randy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Randy lands the left hand.
Randy avoids the body shot from Punchy.
Randy looks for the body kick but Punchy saw that one coming.
Randy lands a right hook to the body.
Punchy misses with a few strikes there.
Randy throws a nice outside leg kick.
Randy lands a lovely overhand right.
A punch lands to the side of Punchy 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The fighters circling - Punchy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Randy scores with a punch to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Punchy throws a series of punches but Randy avoids them all with ease.
Randy slips under a jab.
Punchy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Randy counters with a nice uppercut.
We've been told by Randy's head coaches at Marijuana Gardens that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Punchy on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Punchy gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Randy.
Punchy steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Randy. That one must have hurt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Punchy moves forwards but Randy connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Randy lands with a right hand.

It looks like Trent Punchy has been cut.
Punchy looks winded!
Both fighters circling a little - Randy finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Randy lands a big right hand that sends Punchy crashing to the mat! Randy stays standing though and waves Punchy back to his feet!

Punchy is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Randy drops Punchy with a big left hand! Punchy is injured, injured bad! Randy jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Savage Randy!
