Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Israel Hands (ranked 1252 p4p, 358 weight class) and Harvey Stallion (ranked 148 p4p, 43 weight class). Hands comes to the cage accompanied by A Collection of Sea Shanties. Stallion has chosen Riding on the horses by Daryl Braithwaite as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Harvey Stallion!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stallion throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stallion misses the jab.
Stallion misses with a body shot.
Hands connects with a crisp jab.
Hands thows a body kick. Stallion tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Jab, jab by Stallion - just one landing.
Hands lands with an uppercut that bounces Stallion off the cage and back into range.

Stallion misses with a hook.
Stallion tries to sprawl but Hands drives through with a takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stallion is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hands is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Stallion is staying active underneath Hands, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Harvey Stallion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stallion ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hands moves away.
Stallion takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Stallion fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hands looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stallion. Hands does a little dance to reset his feet.

Stallion throws out a loose jab but Hands uses good head movement to avoid it.

Stallion misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hands.
Hands throws a hook to the side of Stallion's head but Stallion sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hands stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hands wants it to stay on the feet.
Hands throws a jab but it's blocked by Stallion.
Hands shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stallion napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Stallion can't do much from the bottom here.
Hands wants to control but Stallion is keeping him busy.

Horrible takedown attempt by Hands or perhaps it was just good defense by Stallion, which made it look bad.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hands, as that shot connected.
Stallion cracks Hands with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hands takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Stallion is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hands gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Hands drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stallion gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hands has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stallion is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hands walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Stallion swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
