The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aggression swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Woofington.
Woofington has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Woofington gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Aggression counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Woofington controls Aggression momentarily but Aggression frees himself.
Aggression stands up over Woofington, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Aggression is stalling in the full guard.
Aggression seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Woofington for as long as he can get away with.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Woofington can't keep his opponent in guard - Aggression advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
