Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klaus Wolfman (ranked 1807 p4p, 3452 weight class) and Neil Diaz (ranked 247 p4p, 440 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Klaus Wolfman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Neil Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Diaz takes a swing at Wolfman's ribcage but misses.
Wolfman ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Wolfman misses with an uppercut.
Some wild striking there from Diaz.
Diaz avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wolfman scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wolfman throws a low kick but it's checked well by Diaz.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wolfman fails to land with a series of punches.
Wolfman comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wolfman throws a leg kick
and Diaz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wolfman lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Diaz throws a lazy right hand but Wolfman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

A low kick from Wolfman is predictable there
and Diaz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wolfman attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Diaz appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Wolfman throws a shot from downtown. Diaz moves away and avoids it.
Diaz now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Wolfman lands a glancing blow to the side of Diaz's head.
Wolfman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Diaz looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Wolfman misses with a jab to the body
and Wolfman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wolfman's jab looks to have found its range, popping Diaz under the eye.
Wolfman fails with an attempt to clinch.
Some wild striking there from Diaz.
Wolfman feints and then cracks Diaz's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Diaz down.
Wolfman misses with a right hand
and Diaz counters with a straight right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wolfman throws a leg kick but Diaz sees it coming and moves out of range.
Diaz is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Diaz on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wolfman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Diaz.
Diaz lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Diaz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wolfman misses the body punch
and Diaz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Wolfman gets a clinch.
Wolfman lands a body punch in the clinch.

Diaz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wolfman fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Diaz tries to work over Wolfman's front leg with a kick but Wolfman checks it.

Wolfman rushes Diaz and presses him up against the cage.
Wolfman controlling the action here for a moment.

Diaz can't break the clinch.
Diaz wants to get back to striking at distance but Wolfman won't allow it.
Diaz blocking some punches.
Diaz is trying to push Wolfman away but Wolfman has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wolfman is working Diaz over against the cage.
Wolfman looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Wolfman lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Wolfman tries to throw a body punch but Diaz avoids it by throwing Wolfman back against the cage.
Wolfman lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Wolfman works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Wolfman keeps control of Diaz as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Diaz takes a shot to the head.
Diaz dodges an elbow strike from Wolfman.
Wolfman goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Wolfman lands a right hand.
Wolfman throws an elbow that misses.
Wolfman misses with a short punch on the inside.
Diaz can't break the clinch.
Wolfman swings wildly with an uppercut but Diaz uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wolfman lands a shoulder strike.
Wolfman throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Diaz is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Wolfman prevents Diaz from breaking the clinch.
Diaz tries to break the clinch but Wolfman is controlling the position.
Wolfman stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Wolfman lands a left hand that snaps the head of Diaz backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A frustrated look appears on Diaz's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Diaz is rocked!
A head punch on the inside from Wolfman fails to land.
Diaz is still on wobbly legs! Can Wolfman finish him?
Wolfman misses with the head strike.

Wolfman breaks the clinch.
Diaz glances at the clock... BAM! Wolfman nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Diaz crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Diaz is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Klaus Wolfman!
After the fight, Klaus Wolfman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
