Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Touney Jack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Seppo Ilmarinen!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ilmarinen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jack is fending him off so far but Ilmarinen persists. Nope, Jack circles away and we're back to standing.
Ilmarinen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jack wants to stand back up but Ilmarinen manages to pass into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Jack has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Ilmarinen wants to control but Jack is keeping him busy.
Jack on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jack tries to get out of the position.
Ilmarinen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jack is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Ilmarinen is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jack is trying to escape and Ilmarinen transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jack is forced to tap! Nice work there by Ilmarinen! Very nice indeed!
