Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nyrkki Kyllikki Van Dammed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Kosheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kosheck's choice of entrance music: Across The Nation. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nyrkki Kyllikki Van Dammed! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Kosheck! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kosheck fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Kosheck keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Van Dammed scores with the left hand. Kosheck knows he should have avoided that one. Nice takedown defense from Van Dammed. No joy for Kosheck on that attempt. Van Dammed throws a series of punches but Kosheck moves out of range. Van Dammed tries to close the distance and clinch but Kosheck swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Van Dammed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kosheck moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kosheck changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Van Dammed tries to avoid it but Kosheck manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Van Dammed to the ground. Van Dammed escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nyrkki Kyllikki Van Dammed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Kosheck. Van Dammed throws a hook but Kosheck avoids it easily. A nice combination there by Van Dammed.
Kosheck avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kosheck fails to land the takedown. Kosheck takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kosheck looks gassed! Van Dammed will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Van Dammed drops Kosheck with a left right combo! Van Dammed follows him down to the ground into side control.
Kosheck is rocked!
It looks like Josh Kosheck has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Van Dammed decides to stand back up. Van Dammed steps back and let's Kosheck get back to his feet. Van Dammed fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kosheck on the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Van Dammed works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Van Dammed misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Van Dammed swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Van Dammed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kosheck moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Van Dammed fails to land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from Van Dammed misses. Kosheck feints and as Van Dammed raises his hands in defense, Kosheck changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Van Dammed wants to stand up but Kosheck is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Van Dammed looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kosheck passes into half guard.
Kosheck postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Van Dammed to stand up. Van Dammed fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Van Dammed throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kosheck. Kosheck fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Van Dammed sprawls well initially but Kosheck persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Van Dammed looks like he's trying to stand up.
Kosheck is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Van Dammed has managed to free his arm - good work. Van Dammed is trying to control but can't.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Van Dammed wants to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nyrkki Kyllikki Van Dammed dominated that round. The cut man is working on Josh Kosheck's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kosheck throws a series of punches but Van Dammed avoids them all with ease. Kosheck shoots in but no luck this time. Van Dammed lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Nyrkki Kyllikki Van Dammed is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kosheck slips a jab and a cross from Van Dammed.
Kosheck fails with the takedown. Van Dammed swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kosheck counters with a takedown into side control. Van Dammed tries to strike but it doesn't land. Van Dammed is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kosheck is controlling him well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kosheck tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kosheck has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Van Dammed is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Kosheck off and has taken his back! Van Dammed has Kosheck flattened out and is raining down punches. Kosheck trying to control but not successfully. Van Dammed is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Kosheck has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Kosheck covering up well under a barage of strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kosheck rolls, trying to escape but Van Dammed keeps control of the position.

Van Dammed connects with a big shot to the side of Kosheck's head.
Van Dammed is looking for the choke from the back position but Kosheck is controlling his hands well. Kosheck looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Van Dammed has got one arm under Kosheck's chin. This could be trouble... Kosheck trying to control the other hand but Van Dammed gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Kosheck has tapped out! The fight is over!
