The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Philips lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Aorigele takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Aorigele rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Philips counter with a right hand.
Philips throws a lazy body kick
and Aorigele counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Philips throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Radio Philips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Philips misses with a kick to the body
and Aorigele counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Philips walks into a straight right hand from Aorigele.

It looks like Radio Philips has been cut.
Aorigele fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Philips throws a predictable looking body shot

and Aorigele counters with a crisp right hand that drops Philips! Aorigele lets Philips back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice straight punches there by Aorigele. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Aorigele.

Aorigele throws an uppercut from hell that sends Philips clean off his feet! He's out cold! Aorigele stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
