These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuba fails in his attempt to clinch.
Dall is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Cuba with a body shot.
Cuba misses with a series of wild punches.
Dall lands an overhand right.
Dall doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dall slips a straight right by Cuba.
Dall is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Dall fails with a takedown attempt.

Dall walks into a left hand.
Cuba throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It seemed like Dall was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Horace Cuba is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cuba tries to close the distance and clinch but Dall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Cuba misses the jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cuba. Dall does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cuba misses with a shot to the body

so Dall counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Cuba is on top in guard.

Dall looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Cuba is sitting in close to Dall's body. Dall has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Cuba is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Cuba is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Dall.

Terryn Dall spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
