Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Monte Chu (ranked 4170 p4p, 4161 weight class) and Studs Terkell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Terkell dives in for a single leg takedown but Chu sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Terkell gets a clinch.
Terkell wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Chu has him pressed against the cage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Monte Chu.
I think Terkell has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
