The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tell.
Mendoza is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Mendoza lands a big head kick that sends Tell tumbling to the mat! Mendoza takes a step backwards and waves Tell back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Tell is rocked!
It looks like Wilem Tell has been cut.
Mendoza clinches.
Oh Tell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mendoza scoops up Tell onto his shoulder and slams him to the mat! Oh, Tell is hurt! Mendoza smells blood and finishes the fight with a barage of punches! A highlight reel finish there for Mendoza!

In his post fight interview, Hector Mendoza started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
