Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Molokai Built (ranked 4151 p4p, 20901 weight class) and KarateO Masuta (ranked 144 p4p, 186 weight class). Masuta comes into a darkened arena with his song building. We Can Dance kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Molokai Built has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Molokai Built!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, KarateO Masuta !
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Built looks to land a combination. Masuta sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Masuta misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Built.
Built appears to be looking for a big counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A slapping leg kick lands for Built.
Masuta throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Built sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Built went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Masuta swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Built misses with a jab, cross combination.
Masuta throws out a counter right but Built avoids it with no problem.
Built looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Built counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Built throws a sloppy head kick and Masuta moves out of range easily.

Built throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A little jabbing left from Masuta on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Built counters with a series of strikes. Masuta will be more careful next time no doubt.
Masuta ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Built moves away.

Built throws a front kick that sends Masuta stumbling back into the ropes.

Masuta lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Built at a distance.
Masuta misses the jab.
Masuta slips a jab and a cross from Built.
Masuta throws out a counter right but Built avoids it with no problem.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Masuta finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Molokai Built dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Built takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

And Masuta responds with a good body kick, but Built manages to step out the way in time.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Built throws a right hand that Masuta ducks under and follows up with a left that Masuta also avoids with ease.

Built seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Built is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Masuta can do to turn this around?

Masuta replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Built blocks it well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Masuta lands a right hook to the body.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Built's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Masuta goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Masuta lands a front kick to the face, that drops Built to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
Built walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). KarateO Masuta !
KarateO Masuta very nearly forgot to thank na amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
