Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marshall Harrison will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Anderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marshall Harrison! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harrison gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Anderson landing with the ground and pound. Harrison has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anderson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Harrison is looking for a triangle but Anderson pushes his legs off easily.
Anderson wants to control from the top but Harrison keeps moving. Harrison working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Anderson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Anderson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Anderson works over Harrison with some ground and pound from guard. Harrison has his foot on Anderson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Harrison looks gassed! Harrison has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anderson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Anderson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Anderson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Anderson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Harrison tries for a takedown but Anderson circles away easily and Anderson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Anderson drops back looking for a leg! Harrison is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Harrison manages to kick Anderson off! Anderson jumps back into Harrison's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Anderson slips a jab and a cross from Harrison.
Harrison throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Anderson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Anderson cracks Harrison with a big right hand but Harrison just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Anderson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Harrison is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Harrison is not content to let Anderson control the position. Harrison is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Harrison looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderson slips a nice elbow through Harrison's hands, connecting with Harrison's forehead. Anderson is keen to just control but Harrison is a slippery customer. Harrison is pressing down on Anderson's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Anderson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Anderson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Anderson lands strikes from half guard. Anderson is looking to take a break and control but Harrison is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Anderson is pressing down on Harrison's thigh, looking to free his foot. Harrison is holding on for now. Harrison is not content to let Anderson control the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Anderson. Anderson scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Harrison to see if he's OK. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Let's see what he's got on the ground. Anderson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Anderson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Harrison looking for submissions off his back. Anderson is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Harrison! Harrison is desperately trying to improve his position but Anderson has a good base and remains in mount. Anderson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Harrison is surviving well by controlling Anderson's body position as best he can. Anderson lands a heavy elbow.

Anderson lands a nice shot to the head. Anderson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Harrison can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Harrison is looking to improve his position but Anderson isn't that keen on the idea. Harrison in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Anderson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Harrison is forced to tap! Great finish!
