Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Trigger (ranked 704 p4p, 986 weight class) and Baldur Torsten (ranked 107 p4p, 141 weight class). Trigger's entrance music is Bang Bang by Monophonics. A fine choice. Torsten is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Temple of Odin. Baldur Torsten told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Trigger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Baldur Torsten!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torsten dips to his left and cracks Trigger with an uppercut!
Trigger moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Torsten throws a low kick, looking for Trigger's leg but Trigger calmly moves out of range.
Trigger throws a nice looking combination but Torsten bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Torsten only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Torsten fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Trigger.

Torsten has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Torsten lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
