Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barry Kingsmill (ranked 2614 p4p, 5761 weight class) and Dwayne Wilder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilder has chosen Giannis (ft. Anderson Paak) - Freddie Gibbs & Madlib as his entrance music. Dwayne Wilder is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barry Kingsmill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dwayne Wilder!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kingsmill.
Kingsmill takes one on the button.
Kingsmill dodges the punch combination from Wilder.
Wilder cracks Kingsmill with a right hand to the side of the head.
Wilder shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Wilder throws the left hand but Kingsmill avoids the punch easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wilder is looking to clinch but Kingsmill is avoiding it.
Wilder throws a leg kick which misses Kingsmill's front leg but catches the back leg as Kingsmill tries to avoid it.
Kingsmill circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kingsmill fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kingsmill throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Wilder throws out a counter right but Kingsmill avoids it with no problem.

Kingsmill tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wilder paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A combination from Wilder does no damage.
Wilder connects with a crisp jab.
Dwayne Wilder is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wilder lands with a hook. Kingsmill tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Barry Kingsmill's cut is getting worse.

Wilder darts in and clinches Kingsmill up against the cage.
Wilder has a couple of punches blocked by Kingsmill.
Wilder has Kingsmill pushed against the cage.
Kingsmill blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Kingsmill breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice cross by Wilder.
Wilder throws a front kick aimed at Kingsmill's knee but Kingsmill avoids it well.
Wilder tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kingsmill was well out of range. Poor timing from Wilder.

Kingsmill shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kingsmill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wilder swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wilder can do anything to dispel that myth.
Kingsmill cracks Wilder with a solid left hand.
Wilder seems keen to control Kingsmill's posture.
Wilder really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kingsmill. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kingsmill in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilder wants to get back to his feet but Kingsmill passes into half guard.
Wilder is looking to control Kingsmill's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wilder avoid being mounted?

Kingsmill working over Wilder with some ground and pound. Wilder looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Wilder wants to sweep but Kingsmill has passed to side control!

Kingsmill looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Kingsmill tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wilder seems a little lost for a moment, as Kingsmill dominates the positioning.
Wilder tries to improve position but can't.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Wilder throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kingsmill throws a shot to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Wilder as Kingsmill shoots in.
Wilder throws a leg kick that misses.
Wilder darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Kingsmill with a poor takedown
enabling Wilder to counter with a crisp jab.
Kingsmill looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Kingsmill closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wilder tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Wilder's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wilder is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Wilder avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Wilder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kingsmill's guard.

Wilder has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kingsmill controls Wilder momentarily but Wilder frees himself.

Wilder paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Kingsmill is trying to drag Wilder to the mat but Wilder just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Wilder lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Wilder tries to stall but Kingsmill uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Kingsmill jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wilder walks away with a smile on his face. Kingsmill gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Wilder throws a combination. Kingsmill tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Barry Kingsmill's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
A right-left combo lands from Wilder.
Kingsmill wants to clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wilder misses with a straight right.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Dwayne Wilder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
