Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pavel Sekera!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Vladimir Kalishnikov!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sekera looks for a takedown but Kalishnikov sprawls well.
Sekera sets himself, and Kalishnikov steps forward looking for the clinch! Sekera avoids it this time.
Vladimir Kalishnikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sekera shoots for a takedown but Kalishnikov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kalishnikov just misses with a punch to the body.
Sekera will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Kalishnikov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sekera shoots in for a takedown but Kalishnikov shows good takedown defense.
Sekera sets himself, and Kalishnikov steps forward looking for the clinch! Sekera avoids it this time.
Kalishnikov punishes Sekera's body with a nice straight punch.

Kalishnikov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sekera to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kalishnikov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sekera pulls down on the head and he's put Kalishnikov to sleep! This one is all over!
