Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alex Martens (ranked 1949 p4p, 2914 weight class) and Trane Knox (ranked 222 p4p, 312 weight class). Martens comes to the cage accompanied by The XX - Intro. The crowd seem to be enjoying Knox's choice of entrance music: Blue World | John Coltrane. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Martens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Trane Knox!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martens throws a right hand that Knox ducks under and follows up with a left that Knox also avoids with ease.
A little jabbing left from Knox on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Knox throws a lazy right hand but Martens sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Knox with a nice cross.
Knox jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Knox has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Knox scores with a crisp jab that stopped Martens in his tracks.
Knox jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Knox waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Martens. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Martens to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Martens is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Martens utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Oh Martens is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knox throwing strikes but missing.
Knox stands and throws Martens's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Martens avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Knox.
Knox lands a decent elbow from side control.
Knox throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Knox cracks Martens with a big right hand but Martens just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Knox cracks Martens with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Knox immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Martens is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Knox!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trane Knox!
Trane Knox gave a mention to Money Inc. (160Q with Proof ) 165$ in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
