Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joe Biden (ranked 1330 p4p, 1925 weight class) and Danny Sullivan (ranked 154 p4p, 206 weight class). Biden comes to the cage accompanied by Side to Side. Sullivan has chosen The Pogues - Streams of Whiskey as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Biden cracks Sullivan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Sullivan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Biden tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sullivan was well out of range. Poor timing from Biden.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sullivan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Biden throws a hook to the side of Sullivan's head but Sullivan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Biden ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sullivan moves away.

Biden forces Sullivan back against the cage and clinches.
Sullivan jumps guard but Biden stands there with Sullivan around his waist. Sullivan gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sullivan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bidens head.
Sullivan blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Biden lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sullivan backwards.
Biden keeps control of Sullivan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Sullivan swings wildly with an uppercut but Biden uses good head movement to avoid it.

Sullivan manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Sullivan has a closed guard, preventing Biden from standing up.

Biden stands and steps away. Sullivan gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Biden throws a shot from downtown. Sullivan moves away and avoids it.

Sullivan throws a right hand that Biden ducks under and follows up with a left that Biden also avoids with ease.
Biden is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Sullivan.
Sullivan throws a hook but Biden avoids it easily.
Biden cracks Sullivan on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Sullivan falls backwards against the cage. Biden follows up with more strikes that drop Sullivan to his knees. Biden keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Sullivan! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Joe Biden started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
