Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Dixon (ranked 1339 p4p, 1411 weight class) and Chris Coryatt (ranked 179 p4p, 190 weight class). Coryatt has chosen Slim Thug - Welcome 2 Houston as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Dixon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Coryatt! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon checks a low kick from Coryatt. We've been told by Dixon's head coaches at Pandemic Fight System that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Dixon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Coryatt misses with a straight right. Dixon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coryatt was well out of range. Poor timing from Dixon. Coryatt gets a clinch. Coryatt misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Dixon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Dixon can't find room to land a body shot as Coryatt controls the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dixon lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Coryatt or not.

Coryatt has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Dixon seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Coryatt can turn it around. Coryatt pushes Dixon back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Coryatt lands with a light punch inside. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! An uppercut to the body lands inside from Coryatt. Dixon can't find room to land a body shot as Coryatt controls the action.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Coryatt creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Coryatt lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Dixon backwards. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Coryatt. Dixon is breathing heavily. Coryatt lands a hook to the side of the head. Coryatt working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Dixon's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Dixon is rocked! Dixon misses with a punch to the body.
Oh Dixon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A nice left hand lands by Coryatt.

Coryatt moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
