Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wiz Kraven (ranked 4074 p4p, 5933 weight class) and JJ Moss (ranked 498 p4p, 631 weight class). JJ Moss told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Wiz Kraven! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, JJ Moss! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moss shoots in and gets a takedown into Kraven's guard. Moss tries to free his leg and advance position but Kraven is retaining full guard. Moss drops back looking for a leg! Kraven is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kraven manages to kick Moss off! Moss jumps back into Kraven's guard. Moss has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at EFC Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Kraven is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Kraven looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kraven keeping full guard, as Moss tries to pass. Moss is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Moss got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kraven has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moss has managed to get both his arms back between Kraven's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moss stays in close to Kraven's body and controls the position. Kraven is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kraven is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moss defends well. Moss passes into half guard. Moss is working for a submission of some sort.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kraven is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Moss pulls his head out easily. Moss is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moss wants to free his trapped foot but Kraven is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kraven trying to control here.
Kraven works his way to full guard. Good work. Kraven has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Kraven preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moss thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Moss trying to control the position from guard on top but Kraven is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kraven working a defensive guard here.
Moss wants to control from the top but Kraven keeps moving. Kraven is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kraven keeping moving, preventing Moss from controlling successfully. Kraven looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kraven has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moss can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kraven looking for a guillotine here but Moss defends easily.

Moss controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kraven working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Moss has passed into half guard!

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
JJ Moss dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Kraven is trying hard to land a takedown here. Moss sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kraven shoots in but Moss avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kraven moves away from the strike by Moss. Moss misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Moss tries to sprawl but Kraven drives through with a takedown into half guard. Kraven stops Moss from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kraven is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Moss defends it well. Moss holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kraven has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Moss tries to hold on but Kraven pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kraven moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Moss has worked his arm free - good work by Moss!
Moss holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Moss is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Kraven off and has taken his back! Kraven tries to roll but Moss sticks to his back.
Moss is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Kraven defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. JJ Moss has got the better of the ground game so far. Moss working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moss avoiding Kraven 's attempts to control his hands. Kraven is in bad spot here.
Moss doesn't have the hooks in and Kraven manages to turn into his guard.
Moss escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kraven gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moss looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Kraven wants to control from the top but Moss keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moss is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Moss misses with some punches.
Kraven breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kraven fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wiz Kraven. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kraven tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kraven fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kraven looks for a takedown but Moss sprawls well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moss missing with a left hand there. Kraven was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Sloppy strikes from Moss. Those never looked like landing. Kraven moves into the clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Moss. Moss has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kraven regains guard immediately. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moss looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kraven not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Moss postures up in Kraven's guard and throws a big left but Kraven blocks it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
JJ Moss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Kraven is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Moss is defending well though. Kraven let's go of the attempt for now. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kraven is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Moss is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kraven gets his way!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kraven tries to pass the half guard into mount. Moss knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Kraven is thwarting Moss's attempts to control the position. Kraven trying to control from half guard but Moss is working away. Moss is trying to get back to full guard. Moss is refusing to be controlled, as Kraven sits in half guard. Moss has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Moss moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Moss keeping full guard, as Kraven tries to pass. Moss looking for a guillotine here but Kraven defends easily.
Kraven stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moss swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wiz Kraven has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! JJ Moss is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kraven avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that's the end of the fight! JJ Moss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Moss winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
