Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lukasz Jurkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Door Knob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jurkowski comes to the cage accompanied by Bezimienni - GARDA. Door Knob has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lukasz Jurkowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Door Knob! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jurkowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Knob swats away the attempt to clinch by Jurkowski. Lukasz Jurkowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Knob. Jurkowski looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Knob is trying to maintain the position but Jurkowski is very close to passing his half guard. Knob slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Jurkowski postures up.
Jurkowski gets to his feet - Knob follows without any prompting. Knob shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jurkowski counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Knob's guard now. Lukasz Jurkowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Door Knob. Jurkowski wants to stand but Knob has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Jurkowski might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jurkowski trying to control but Knob is working from the bottom.

Knob escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jurkowski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Knob not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knob looks gassed! Knob wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jurkowski is looking to stand up but Knob won't let him. Knob working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jurkowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jurkowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Knob is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jurkowski with a flurry of punches that miss. Jurkowski is looking to stand up but Knob won't let him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Knob not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jurkowski tries to land a front kick but Knob steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jurkowski misses with an attempted mid kick.
Knob misses with a takedown attempt and Jurkowski counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Knob avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Jurkowski gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Jurkowski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Knob on the ground. Knob not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Jurkowski wants to stand but Knob has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Jurkowski wants to control from the top but Knob keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Knob not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jurkowski postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Knob has his takedown stuffed and Jurkowski counters by clinching up. Jurkowski looking to stall.

Jurkowski is pressed up against the cage. Knob has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jurkowski down to the mat. Jurkowski avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Knob dodges the punch combination from Jurkowski.
Knob misses with a takedown attempt and Jurkowski counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Knob! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Knob tries to reverse the position but Jurkowski maintains control. Knob tries to hold on but Jurkowski pushes him away. Knob is trying desperately to improve position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lukasz Jurkowski dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
An inside leg kick from Knob misses. Knob closes the distance and clinches up with Jurkowski, looking for a takedown. Knob pushes Jurkowski against the cage but Jurkowski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jurkowski misses with a few strikes there.
Knob tries for a takedown but Jurkowski circles away easily and Jurkowski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jurkowski displaying some good clinch control by pressing Knob up against the cage. Jurkowski misses with a knee to the head. Jurkowski breaks from the clinch.
Lukasz Jurkowski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knob misses with a takedown and Jurkowski counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Lukasz Jurkowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Door Knob. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Knob had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jurkowski is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Knob Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jurkowski's back instead. Jurkowski rolls, trying to escape but Knob keeps control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knob has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jurkowski has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Knob is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jurkowski defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Knob struggling to keep hold of the position.
I really don't envy Jurkowski right now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Knob has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Jurkowski! Can he survive? No! He's out! Knob gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
