Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Willington Iii looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Willington Iii is looking to regain half guard here but Davies keeps moving and retains side control.

Davies is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Davies can't keep his opponent in guard - Willington Iii advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Davies might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Willington Iii throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Davies was covering up waiting for the punch and Willington Iii finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Davies has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Willington Iii has passed into side control.

Willington Iii is working Davies over with some ground and pound from side control.
Willington Iii is working to tighten his grip on Davies's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Davies has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Willington Iii is really squeezing tight and eventually Davies passes out! Willington Iii breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
