Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Burenkov (ranked 2272 p4p, 1891 weight class) and Alika Hakekia (ranked 254 p4p, 217 weight class). Hakekia has chosen Nation Of Violence as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Alika Hakekia is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alika Hakekia!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hakekia lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hakekia gets caught napping as Burenkov dives in and scores a takedown. Hakekia manages to retain guard.
Burenkov lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Burenkov is looking to work some ground and pound but Hakekia has wrist control.
Burenkov is looking to pass into half guard but Hakekia pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Hakekia is in guard.
Burenkov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hakekia stands and steps away. Burenkov gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Burenkov misses with a takedown attempt - Hakekia sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Hakekia throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Burenkov is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hakekia is keeping busy.
Hakekia tries to work over Burenkov's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Hakekia tries to throw a body punch but Burenkov avoids it by throwing Hakekia back against the cage.
Hakekia throws a big uppercut that drops Burenkov! More strikes from Hakekia and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Burenkov lies dazed against the cage as Hakekia celebrates with his cornermen!
