The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ahoinen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baller is looking to regain half guard here but Ahoinen keeps moving and retains side control. Ahoinen working the body and head with strikes. Ahoinen passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Baller! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ahoinen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Ahoinen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Baller's face.
Ahoinen controlling the pace for now. A nice elbow there by Ahoinen. Ahoinen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Baller is looking to get to half guard. Ahoinen rolls with it to try and escape but Baller cranks on the arm and Ahoinen is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
