Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cedrick Collner (ranked 24654 p4p, 5821 weight class) and BC Smith (ranked 637 p4p, 536 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collner fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smith checks it well.
Smith drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Smith tries to close the distance and clinch but Collner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Collner uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Smith has time to react.
It looks like BC Smith has been cut.
Collner looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Collner has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Collner leaves Smith with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Collner throws a right and a left that Smith avoids nicely.
Collner walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Smith drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Collner swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Smith's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
