Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Benson Sherman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Hang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Benson Sherman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Hang! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sherman tries for a takedown but Hang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Sherman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hang, pushing him back against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sherman takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Sherman jumps into guard, dragging Hang to the mat.
Hang wants to control from the top but Sherman keeps moving. Hang trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sherman's guard. Sherman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hang can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Sherman keeping moving, preventing Hang from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sherman looking for a sweep. Not yet Sherman, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hang being controlled here momentarily. Sherman has a closed guard, preventing Hang from standing up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sherman gets caught flat footed, as Hang shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sherman looking for a sweep. Not yet Sherman, not yet. Hang not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sherman is looking for a triangle but Hang pushes his legs off easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hang sitting in guard here, content to control. Let's hope that Hang has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Sherman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Sherman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hang on the ground. Hang wants to pass the guard but Sherman is keeping the position. Hang trying to control the position from guard on top but Sherman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hang is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Sherman is looking to stand up but Hang isn't so interested in that idea. Sherman is breathing heavily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sherman fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hang clinches but Sherman breaks the clinch and Sherman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hang's guard. Hang is trying to control the position but Sherman postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sherman stopping the sweep attempt from Hang. Hang striking off his back but it's not causing Sherman any problems. Sherman being controlled here momentarily. Sherman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Sherman tries to free his leg and advance position but Hang is retaining full guard. Hang is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Benson Sherman will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
A slapping body kick lands there for Sherman. Sherman pushes Hang up against the cage in a clinch. Hang is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Sherman blocks an uppercut.
Sherman lands an uppercut. Hang tries to break the clinch but Sherman is controlling the position. Sherman gets control of Hang's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sherman will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Hang wants to control from the top but Sherman keeps moving. Hang won't allow Sherman to sweep him here. Sherman looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Sherman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Hang trying to control but Sherman is working from the bottom. Hang is pushing down on Sherman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sherman is fighting to maintain full guard but Hang has managed to sneak the leg through. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bobby Hang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Sherman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hang pinned against the cage. Hang gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Hang tries for a takedown but Sherman circles away easily and Sherman counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sherman. Sherman postures up.
Sherman wants to control from the top but Hang keeps moving. Hang controls Sherman momentarily but Sherman frees himself. Hang is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hang in particular looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sherman trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Hang trying to control but Sherman is having none of it. Sherman wants to control but Hang is having none of it. Hang looking to secure an arm triangle but Sherman defends it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sherman bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Sherman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sherman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Sherman postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sherman won't allow Hang to sweep him here. Hang is pulling down on Sherman's head to control his posture. Hang working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Sherman has passed into half guard!
Sherman seems to be working for a kimura but Hang defends the submission attempt. Hang looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hang wants to improve his position but Sherman is controlling well.
Sherman is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Hang has managed to free his arm - good work. Hang wants to control but Sherman is keeping busy and won't allow it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sherman stalling.
And that's the end of the fight! Benson Sherman showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sherman has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
