Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between No Name (ranked 21368 p4p, 3288 weight class) and Billy Kimber (ranked 734 p4p, 416 weight class). No Name has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, No Name! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Kimber! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kimber throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've been hearing reports that Name has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Name swings for the body but Kimber moves out of range.
Kimber keeps the fight on the outside. Excellent takedown into side control there by Name. Kimber is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Kimber actively working from the bottom here. Name is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Name is working for a submission of some sort.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Name is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kimber defends it well. Name seems to be working for a kimura but Kimber defends the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Name stalling. Name working the head and body with strikes. Kimber trying to control from the bottom.
Kimber looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Name wants to work for an arm triangle but Kimber is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Name is working for a kimura but Kimber is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kimber wants to improve his position but Name is controlling well.
Kimber works his way to full guard. Good work. Kimber lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Kimber trying to control the position from guard on top but Name is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kimber is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Name had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kimber defends it easily. Kimber wants to control from the top but Name keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kimber drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kimber jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Name wants to sweep here but Kimber controlling him for the moment. Kimber trying to control but Name is working from the bottom. Name throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Name keeping moving, preventing Kimber from controlling successfully. Name has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kimber can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kimber trying to control the position from guard on top but Name is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Name looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kimber thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Name escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kimber gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Name is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kimber seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kimber drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kimber jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
No Name dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Kimber throws a big shot that misses. Kimber slaps away a takedown attempt from Name, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kimber throws a right hand that Name ducks under and follows up with a left that Name also avoids with ease. Kimber misses with a wild body shot. Name lands with a cross. Name moves away from the strike by Kimber. Name tries to counter with a takedown but Kimber is quick to defend against it. Name misses with a hook. Kimber swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Kimber enables Name to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kimber manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kimber is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Name is aware though and is defending well. Kimber is looking for a triangle but Name pushes his legs off easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Name accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kimber looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Name's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Name wants to control from the top but Kimber keeps moving. Name is really struggling to control Kimber but he's trying to hold on to the position. Name drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Name jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kimber has his feet on Name's thighs here. He's pushed Name off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Name screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
