Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Drover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obi Kenobi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenobi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Drover tries to avoid it but Kenobi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Drover to the ground. Drover escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kenobi paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Drover lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Drover lands a jab to Kenobi's midsection.
Kenobi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Drover paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Drover looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kenobi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Drover but Drover pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Drover misses with a double jab.
Drover pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Drover throws a lazy right hand but Kenobi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kenobi falls off balance throwing a combination
and Drover counters with a series of strikes. Kenobi will be more careful next time no doubt.
Kenobi has his takedown stuffed
and Drover makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kenobi really felt that one!
Adam Drover has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Obi Kenobi.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kenobi shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Drover counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kenobi is rocked!
It looks like Obi Kenobi has been cut.
Kenobi looks gassed!
Drover tries to clinch up
and Kenobi counters by moving into the clinch.
Kenobi fails to pull guard.
Drover breaks the clinch.
Drover catches Kenobi napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Kenobi to the canvas!
Kenobi is still in real trouble! Can Drover finish him?
Drover gets to his feet. Kenobi looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Drover moves into range and clinches up with Kenobi.
Drover's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Drover is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Kenobi hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Adam Drover!
