Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dreynos Elvul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clint River!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elvul looks for a takedown but River sprawls well.
River looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A swing and a miss from Elvul.
A nice side step and River releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
River gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Elvul wants to pass the guard but River is keeping the position.
Elvul is working hard here to advance position.
River really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Elvul. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Elvul is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Elvul stands and throws River's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Elvul working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Elvul tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Elvul wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by River, who protects the arm well.
Elvul is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but River is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Elvul has hold of River's arm. He's looking for a kimura. River seems comfortable defending it but Elvul has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! River is real pain and he's forced to tap out! River is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Elvul couldn't care less - he's delighted!
