Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dick Tanner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Riot V (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Riot V will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riot V fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tanner drives through with a takedown into guard.

Tanner looks for a takedown but Riot V sprawls well.

Riot V manages to break the clinch.

Tanner manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Riot V manages to get himself to full guard.
Riot V pushes Tanner off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Riot V tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tanner paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Riot V looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Riot V uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tanner has time to react.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tanner swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Riot V manages to break the clinch.
Tanner closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Tanner prevents Riot V from standing back up.
Riot V slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Riot V isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tanner stacks Riot V on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tanner!
Tanner looks up at the clock and then as Riot V takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tanner smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Riot V manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Tanner tries to pass the half guard into mount. Riot V knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Tanner is trying to control. Riot V wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Riot V won't allow Tanner to pass to mount.
Riot V pushes Tanner off looking to stand but Tanner dives back in and keeps control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Riot V looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tanner avoids the body shot from Riot V.
Tanner is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Riot V.
It looks like Dick Tanner has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tanner is looking to clinch.
Riot V swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Tanner.
Riot V moves into the clinch successfully.
Tanner fails to pull guard.
Tanner tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Riot V is looking to break free of the clinch but Tanner has double underhooks.
Tanner is fighting off a takedown attempt but Riot V is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tanner to the mat. Tanner regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Riot V decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Riot V lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Tanner falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
