Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tayrot Cante!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Crazy Baby!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baby misses with a body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Baby. That snapped Cante's head back.
Baby connects with a crisp jab.
Cante tries to score a power double leg takedown but Baby sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cante somewhat.
Baby looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Cante avoids the body shot from Baby.
Baby throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
It looked like Cante was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Baby.
Cante closes the distance and clinches up with Baby, looking for a takedown. Cante pushes Baby against the cage but Baby circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Cante shoots in for a takedown but Baby shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tayrot Cante. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Baby swings for the body but Cante moves out of range.
Crazy Baby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cante is defended easily by Baby.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baby defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cante.
Baby connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Baby avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Baby lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Cante head around and knocks him out cold! Baby hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
