Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikko Alatalo (ranked 2000 p4p, 1928 weight class) and Dmitri Zaitsev (ranked 66 p4p, 86 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mikko Alatalo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dmitri Zaitsev!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alatalo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zaitsev.
Zaitsev throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Alatalo's waist but Alatalo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zaitsev off to one side.
Zaitsev tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Alatalo defends well and Zaitsev ends up having to push Alatalo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Alatalo lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Zaitsev falls backwards - clearly groggy! Alatalo dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
