Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Troy Marquez (ranked 695 p4p, 1790 weight class) and James Hunt (ranked 96 p4p, 252 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Troy Marquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, James Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Marquez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Marquez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hunt throws a head kick that misses.
Marquez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hunt but Hunt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Marquez throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hunt tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Marquez is in Hunt's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marquez wants to pass the guard but Hunt is keeping the position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Troy Marquez will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Troy Marquez.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marquez, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
