This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A fake to the body and Medrano gets the Thai clinch. He wastes no time and tries to connect with knees to the head. This is dangerous for Holmes! He should get out! Another devastating knee and Holmes falls head first to the ground. It's all over!
