The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Reilly does it's job there.
Reilly has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Razor Sharp Training Systems in the buildup to the fight.
Reilly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sight.

Reilly throws an overhand right that lands on Sight's shoulder, as Sight tries to avoid the shot.
Reilly swings for the body but Sight moves out of range.
Sight throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Reilly.

A telegraphed right hand from Reilly misses the target.
Sight misses with a double jab.

A looping hook to the body misses from Reilly. Sight does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sight uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Reilly.
Reilly thuds a left hand into Sight's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Reilly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sight throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Reilly changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Sight avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Reilly backing away here, and Sight unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Sight changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Sight throws a series of punches but Reilly moves out of range.
Paul Sight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sight misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Reilly shoots and misses
and Sight makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Sight scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like John C Reilly has been cut.

Sight pushes Reilly up against the cage in a clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Reilly.
Sight has a couple of punches blocked by Reilly.
Reilly makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Sight looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Sight is trying to push Reilly away but Reilly has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Sight misses with a punch on the inside.

A nice left hand lands by Reilly.

Reilly tries a body shot but Sight blocks it.
Sight throws an elbow that misses.
Reilly is leaning against Sight and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Reilly gets through Sight's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Reilly lands with a left to the head.
Reilly lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Sight backwards.

Reilly lands a hook that snaps the head of Sight backwards.
Reilly digs a right hand underneath Sight's ribcage. Sight let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Reilly lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Sight or not.

Reilly throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sights head.
A nice right hand lands inside from Reilly.

Sight is rocked!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Reilly.
Sight is still on wobbly legs! Can Reilly finish him?
Reilly swings wildly with an uppercut but Sight uses good head movement to avoid it.
Reilly misses with a short punch on the inside.
Sight seems to have recovered his senses.
Reilly lands a hook to the side of the head.
Reilly dips a shoulder and cracks Sight with a mighty uppercut! Sight falls back against the cage and Reilly unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sight is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Reilly screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John C Reilly!
John C Reilly retains his middleweight title!
A less than humble John C Reilly misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
