Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pat Kelly (ranked 2386 p4p, 2909 weight class) and Josh Roffen (ranked 312 p4p, 369 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pat Kelly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Josh Roffen! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roffen ducks under a wild hook from Kelly. The fighters circling - Kelly throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Roffen misses the shot to the body. Kelly has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight. Kelly gets a clinch. Kelly misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Roffen.
Kelly tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Kelly content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Josh Roffen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Kelly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kelly lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Roffen at a distance.

and Roffen counters with a three punch combo that has Kelly backing up. Kelly nods at Roffen to acknowledge the strikes. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Pat Kelly dominated that round. The cut man is working on Josh Roffen's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Roffen walks into a jab. Roffen scoring well with a low kick there.
Roffen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Kelly staying out of range there. Roffen avoids the body shot from Kelly.
Kelly lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Roffen throws a hook but Kelly avoids it easily. Kelly is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Kelly scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Roffen gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. A big right from Kelly misses. Kelly misses with the combination.

Kelly will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
