Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonardo De Vinci (ranked 1229 p4p, 2901 weight class) and Usaamah Ario (ranked 177 p4p, 366 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Vinci ducks under a wild hook from Ario.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
De Vinci throws a looping overhand right but Ario ducks down to avoid it.
Ario ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
De Vinci on the wrong end of a nice jab.
De Vinci looks to land a right hand but Ario moved out of range.
De Vinci jabbing away but nothing is landing.
De Vinci throws a lazy right hand but Ario sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ario throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
De Vinci fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A jab from De Vinci finds it's way through Ario's defenses.

Ario takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
De Vinci slips a jab and a cross from Ario.

Ario throws out a powerful jab.
De Vinci is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ario.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ario looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A quick step to the side and De Vinci tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ario gets in close and instigates a clinch.

De Vinci makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Ario can't break the clinch.
De Vinci is leaning against Ario and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Ario fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Ario lands a right hand that snaps the head of De Vinci backwards.
Ario is trying to push De Vinci away but De Vinci has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ario wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but De Vinci has him pressed against the cage.
De Vinci gets through Ario's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Ario fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Ario tries to break free but De Vinci pushes him back against the cage.

Ario escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Ario is still on wobbly legs! Can De Vinci finish him?
De Vinci works Ario's body with a nice hook.
Ario looks winded!
De Vinci comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
De Vinci drops Ario with a straight right hand, right on the button! De Vinci follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
