The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ivanov circles away quickly and effectively.
Ivanov gets caught napping as Man dives in and scores a takedown. Ivanov manages to retain guard.

Man could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Man passes into half guard.
Man is nestled in close to Ivanov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
It looks like Viktor Ivanov has been cut.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ivanov tries to get to full guard but Man has control of the leg.
