Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Toyota (ranked 4138 p4p, 4446 weight class) and Roman Tobak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vitor Toyota !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Roman Tobak!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tobak needs to keep his hands up - Toyota had a free shot at his head there.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tobak.
Tobak misses with the combination.
Toyota tries to clinch but Tobak is having none of it.
Toyota tries to clinch up.
Tobak drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Toyota defends it well.
Tobak avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

It looks like Roman Tobak has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Toyota darts in looking for a takedown but Tobak gets double underhooks and turns Toyota into the cage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tobak can do anything to dispel that myth.

Toyota drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Toyota jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tobak looking to sit in guard and control but Toyota gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

That was a close round but I would say that Vitor Toyota will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tobak takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Vitor Toyota has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roman Tobak.
Tobak takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Tobak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Toyota sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tobak somewhat.

Tobak has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Toyota finds it's way round the side to connect with Tobak's head.
